We're Anna and Liz, two hypermobile yogis who have learned (often the hard way!) how to adapt our yoga practices to support our bendy bodies. We're here to share our knowledge so you can enjoy the many benefits of safe and supportive yoga practice, empowering you with yoga tools to help you cultivate awareness, acceptance, stability, and strength.


While our physical embodied experience may be defined by hypermobility and its associated conditions, that does not define who we are. We believe that each of us is inherently whole regardless of the physical or emotional challenges we face in life. Our intention is to facilitate a connection to that place of wholeness through the tools and practices of yoga.
